Well, there goes the neighborhood.

Talk about revisionism. Let’s revisit your rant from another point of view:“One of the many lies of revisionist rightists is that somehow, the Europeans who left Europe to come here were somehow civilized. As if they lived in some Utopian paradise which they nobly gave up to come to an empty shore. Nothing could be further from the truth as anyone who cares to read about the bloody savagery Europeans exacted upon each other for eons before they began fleeing the continent to expand to other territories.”

Cite these scholarly works that you use to justify your racism. I’ll bet every single one was written by a European who never talked to members of the indigenous tribes.

Stupid joke. In reality, all you ever hear is, “I want the government here RIGHT NOW to give me a new house /money /pension /protection /child care /food /fire truck.” So much help is actually provided that people can’t make it on their own any more. Make jokes about the value of government help when you agree to hunt down your own criminals, fight you own battles, school your own children, test your own food, provide for your own retirement, and put out your own fires.

Now adays it’s, “Hi, we’er from home office and we’re here to help.”.Government is just a tool. Like a hammer. It can be used to build or tear down..It’s a balance, can’t have too many rules and can’t let the crooks get away with everything.
