Is it bad that I automatically started singing the words like I was singing along to Queen…Now I have to go play that song a few times.

I’d never heard the “Queen” song before. I was singing that to the tune from “Figaro”. (I like my version better.)

I wasn’t a Queen fan until recently; I was too busy riding my bicycles in the 1970s and ‘80s, and listening to folk music. My musical tastes have broadened since then, but I still have a special place in my heart for Steeleye Span and Maddie Prior. And I still love bicyciing, but don’t get to ride nearly often enough. :(

Harrell and Tatulli are friends. They repeatedly put references to each other in their strips. This one was rather blatant, though.

I can see not wanting to contend with Weird Kid Behavior in addition to Weird Grownup Behavior, though the former would at least be quieter.
