Kudos to Phoebe for making the first move. I like her hair down like that as well.

Is this going to be a situation where a kid victim-izes herself to manipulate things? When I was about Phoebe’s age two boys twice tried to steal my brother’s bike from me outside a grocery store. I would have recognized those two if they had turned themselves inside out.

Her hair changes a lot, actually. The bangs are pretty much the only constant. A pony tail, 2 pony tails, braids, just like lots of little girls, experimenting.

The lord high steward drew a deep sigh of conviction. “I believe it!” he made answer. “I have always declared you were a wonderful dog, and now you prove I am right. Why, you are the only dog I ever heard of who could talk.”

“Except in fairy tales,” said Ruffles calmly. “Don’t forget the fairy tales.”

“I don’t forget,” replied Tallydab. "But this isn’t a fairy tale, Ruffles. It’s real life in the kingdom of Noland.”—L. Frank Baum: “Queen Zixi of Ix; or, The Magic Cloak”

“We’re not some—some deep-space franchise! This station is actually /about/ something!”—Cdr. Susan Ivanova, XO Babylon 5

I wonder if the littler kid has lunch money? I bet with a unicorn backing her up, it wouldn’t be hard for Phoebe to just take it.

What’s your name little girl and why are you falsely accusing Phoebe for taking your ball?

A bit of commentary there, Mrs. Simpson-Brodbeck?
