A friend of mine said “I’m stuffed” after a big meal with his wife’s family in South Africa many years ago. There was sudden silence. It seems that “stuffed” has another meaning over there.
Although they look very full and over stuffed, they obviously aren’t yet, they are still eating doughnuts and the plate is almost empty, what snack will they find to devour next while passing time before lunch?+I think “Excuse me I have to go to the bathroom to make more room” is a thoughtful compliment to the hostess, lets her know you want even more.
Seems that Julie meant everything here to be in overabundance, including sifting the presifted flour etc. so the fact that Joy’s blouse is COVERED with stars (although not like the example) is it.

Which is more proper, to burp or to f*rt? Or in their case, both, frequently.

It’s “I ate so much I think I’m gonna puke”

Yes, a hostess loves to hear that you forced yourself to eat everything in sight, so she knows there won’t be any sandwiches tomorrow from that roast.
I don’t know why they worry about it though….The only Hostess they’re likely to encounter is a box of Ding-Dongs or Ho-Hos.

How about “I ate so much it’s coming out of my ears!”?.That’s pretty classy also.

Or how about, “Better bring the bucket!”

If I bend over, it will pour out, or full as a tick on a blood clot.

Hey. It’s not like this bunch will ever be invited anywhere where it matters.

I don’t see the little “Find it” star. I can usually find the little “Find its.”

Try: “Gee. Gosh! Golly!! My hollow leg is, methinks, finally filled!! Now I shall walk like Cap’n Ahab (clunk! Clunk! CLUNK!!) for a spell!”!
