I believe Ozy has noticed that Millie is a girl. It just doesn’t seem to have much significance at his age.

Many people have been there. but some times when I read these I can see a little HN in O&M but most of the time I hear this strip in a completely vastly different tone from HN.

For the record, Ozy probably wore that dress afterwards.
