Poor chad just looks confused.

The growth of the character Chad in this strip over the past year or so has been remarkable. Lincoln Peirce introduced him as a curiosity, an occasional bit player, and has developed Chad’s persona into a character as important as Teddy or Francis. Chad has developed confidence and especially a keen sense of humor. No wonder Gina has noticed. Congratulations Lincoln on a noteworthy writing achievement. Is there an Oscar equivalent for Comic Strip genius?

I never knew Chad was in the same grade as Nate. Because he is shorter I always figured he was a year or two younger.

I love Chad. He’s a great addition to the strip. Who didn’t have a “Chad” in your friendship group.

Y’know the way I see things, This could go 3 ways.

1. They become a couple. (done that)2. Chad breaks her heart.(that could work)Or 3. Gina reveals that she fooled everyone into thinking that she was in love with Chad…….Y’know, I perfer number 2………..but I like this couple, so i’ll go with no. 1, But what do you think?
