A Night at the Opera, 1935, in response to Groucho reading in the contract theyâre negotiating, âIf either party to this contract is found to be out of his mind, this contract is null and void.â âWhatâs that?â âThatâs in every contract. Thatâs the Sanity Clause.â
Creepy! That´s why so many fairy tales are adapted to horror films or tv series. They usually have a very dark side. Mother Goose, Grimm Brothers and Hans Kristian Andersen, many of the original stories are PG-13 to NC-17, some are very gorey.
This is interesting; itâs the third media mention Iâve heard of Krampus in a week. Two different TV shows did episodes involving Krampus. Whatâs the interest all of a sudden?

Gee, I wonder why the Krampus concept never caught on with kids. (For more info, watch last nightâs American Dad.)

I thought that the beatings were administered by Knecht Ruprecht and/or Bellschnickel. The Krampus takes bad children away and possibly eats them.
