What’s for dinner?

I don’t know. What have you got?

Yeah, Tony…. we’ll all be there.

You are cordially invited up to my place for a duck dinner, you bring the duck.

Um, I suppose whatever I can dig out of the freezer that hadn’t expired.

I haven’t given it much thought. Either left over turducken or a frozen dinner. It depends on what time I get home tonight/

Leftover Italianaded pork with dirty potatos

Home made soup. Supper will be a salad.

I’m getting boring in the end of this diet – vegetarian chili w/lots of parsnips, wild rice and Double Fiber toast with a dessert of fresh pineapple and plain Greek yogurt and a glass of almond milk.

Tonight is hearty spaghetti with garlic bread. Love Italian anything!

How do I know? I just finished my lunch!

So far, a nutra grain bar. Hopefully later, I’ll have time for a bowl of peanut butter Captian crunch. It’s been a busy day.
