I’ve learned a fair amount of Spanish from about five years of reading both the English and Spanish Baldos, often with the help of Bing Translator, but today Bing failed me. Can somebody explain:1) why “no metas la pata” got translated as “no goals the leg”?2) and why Bing didn’t translate “decapotable”?Gracias in advance.
Lost power twice last night and once this morning. Fortunately this morning when it happened I was on gocomics reading my queue, so I was able to complete reading them, but not post.
Thanks for all your comments about Penny last night. She does pretty well with dealing with her hearing loss. With all the dogs I have had I have always taught them verbal and hand signal commands. So now with Penny I just use hand signals. One really funny side note. Penny has a lot of trouble walking on our hardwood floors as her feet tend to slide. She figured out how walking backwards made it easier. She has gotten so proficient at it that she can walk backwards at a fast clip and it is funny to watch. I am thinking of recording it and putting it on youtube.
Hola LOCOS!Hi PSCHEARER. Long time no see!I find Google Translate is okay, but a Spanish spellcheck my be on your computer. I know you can download dictionaries too.

Good morning all! Very sunny but very cold day in New England. I’ll take it considering some of the recent alternatives.

And the best part is how Baldo is missing it completely. This one was worth a good chuckle.

Thanks. I wonder if there is a way to selectively turn on a Spanish spell checker.

Looks like I just proved that spellcheck isn’t perfect, as it doesn’t infer spelling that makes sense in a sentence. That should be MAY, not MY.

Hugs back KINDNESSMATTERS. Like JOHNNY says, no matter how you say it, Baldo doesn’t get it at all.
