I don’t know what the standard is these days – whether most strips are a collaboration between artist, writer, etc., or rather a one-person effort. What I do know is that Jim Scancarelli deserves to be honored for his entertaining stories and excellent artwork!
She said she paid over $100 for the tickets, but they were very difficult to obtain, and they’re “very good seats” so she probably bought them from a scalper at inflated prices. Counterfeit tickets are a risk of buying tickets from unofficial sources.
Unless it’s a special deal endorsed by the “entertainer”,the promoters and sponsors, that ain’t gonna happen. Everybody wants to get paid. Granted, tickets really don’t need to cost $100+,but that’s the price we unfortunately must pay for live entertainment.

What hypnotist charges over $50 per ticket? Unless you’re “under the spell” when you’re paying for them, that is.

Simple rule: do NOT buy any ticket unless a verified physical address is in volved.
