Are you handy?

Is tomorrow’s question “Are you hairy?”

Not excessively….I have two, like most people.

But that means I’m not under-handed either.

Except I guess I do throw a ball that way…. sigh… like a girl.

I wasn’t handy at all – my father’s son – until I worked in a hardware/tire/appliance/paint store as a college job. Learned so much on the job that I’ve been handy ever since.

I am exceptionally good at dialing the phone to get someone who knows what they’re doing (who then seems to always want to ask a million questions about what the problem is and I’m like dude, if I knew all that I wouldn’t need you).

If women don’t find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.I’m very handy!

I have 2 hands like everyone else, but I’m not good with them.

Make that almost everyone else.

I can barely tie my own shoes, but I’m a darned good cook. Hubby, on the other hand, can fix just about anything.

I’m pretty sure I have more hands than is average for humans.

As long as it doesn’t involve electricity or natural gas. I don’t play with things that can bite.

I have some basic skills, including a bit of plumbing; but for bigger jobs I figure I’m buying my own time when I hire a pro.

Yes, because I like to know how to do things myself. (But like others have said, I stay away from electrical.)

I think I am much more handy than hubby. Over the years I have had to take things apart and rebuild it after he had his try at it.

Plumbing, computers, and lights, but no serious electrical work.
