Why are parents so mean and thoughtless when they name their kids? Didn’t they realize that naming their kid Rip would make him a target for the other kids?
Definitely not a name you want to stick on a kid. Rereading my own comment, I realized I was thinking of my own experience. My parents (good people, not mean and thoughtless, just not thinking like children think) stuck me with the initials PP and a last name that was also a bit of a handicap. Took me a long time to grow comfortable with my name.
