All that the melting snow in Chicago is exposing is garbage & dog crap.So far, no dead bodies, but I when the weather gets much warmer, there should be at least one abandoned car that the neighbors will complain to the city about the awful smell coming from the trunk. Thereâs usually one of those every winter, as itâs a way to dispose of a body that wonât be discovered for months, usually in a stolen car. Of course, who knows what will float to the surface of the Great Lakes when they finally thaw?

@Three Steps Over Japan (yesterday). At the age of 60 and having left school aged 15, I have the patience to see what happens to any long running story. If youâre going to tell a tale, make it a good one, like yesterdayâs.

âBearsâ or âBearâ is simply the password that unlocks his brain when his internal processor freezes up.

Speaking of accents, I made up a sentence or two to demonstrate the Sheboygan-County, WI, accent. It can be used as a Wal-Mart announcement: Awww! [with lips pursed â kind of between âaweâ and âohâ â expresses surprise] Thereâs a BAW-ut [boat] in aisle EH-ut! (8) They also say âHow are YOU-uh?â [especially the women] When I say âThank you,â they reply âYp.â [âYep,â said as minimally as possible, especially by the men] âAce hoceâ is âice house.â Thereâs that combined âohâ and âawâ sound again] They are intrigued by my Southernish accent, and I love theirs â miss it. Going back up sometime next month

âŠCouldnât Pauly do the cat thing? You know â release his grip on Eddieâs shoulder. Stretch the paws. And reposition â latching on to a slightly new spot? â The new pain should be enough to get Eddie started again.
