Banished to the OUTside witthout a lifeline? Oh, the horror. Almost as bad as losing your Internet, TV, and phone “forever” because some soulless idiot drove his 13-foot truck under your 12 foot high wire. With “triple play”, who you gonna call? More importantly, how you gonna call ‘em if the line’s down?

My Mom is closing in on 80 and likes to mow her own yard. I tell her as long as she has that cell phone in her pocket, she can do whatever she feels like. I feel better knowing help is a call away, and she has the freedom of a robin!

Love the picture of Danae – she now looks like a normal little kid.

That really WOULD work as punishment for a kid these day. My 15-year-old grandson is CONSTANTLY texting. We have an entire generation of people whose heads are going to be permanently tilted forward and down by the time they’re 30.

Smart dad. Danae might enjoy the outs for a change.

Before cell phones and computers, getting sent to your room might mean you still had access to your TV, your stereo (LPs and 8-tracks) and your phone (landline). Obviously Flo raised her boys without those things in their room.

A “cruel and unusual punishment,” indeed.

That’s the problem with this generation – TOO SOFT!

When I was a child, my momma use to beat by behind with a belt while reading from the Bible. And except for a few strange fetishes. I turned out alright!
