Good artwork , especially in the third panel.

Something is rotten in Naperville.

Let’s see…

The violin is gonna explode. Taking out the string quartet? The ambassador? Since Virgil & crew are nowhere around, that seems likely.

The violin will play a hypnotic melody, lull all who hear it into a trance, and they will be robbed. Like the magician story a few years ago. Not likely. Unless Virgil & crew suddenly show up to collect the swagger.

I have no idea.

For once, we get some decent art here!

Does anyone else have the problem that when they try to leave a comment, another browser page opens up with the “weekly news”? Just curious. It’s rather annoying.

Anyway, this story is getting worse and worse. There is absolutely no logic at all. If the plan was to kill somebody at the embassy, why use the “strad? If I recall correctly, the embassy wanted the rock band and the quartet (now the backstreet boys) was an afterthought. So how could there have been any certainty to the plan? And, are these symphony musicians so tone deaf that they can’t hear the strad has C4 inside? Are you kidding? Like it doesn’t feel and sound weird? It will be months before this story arc is over. There has not even been a crime yet. And Tracy thinks something is weird? It’s this strip. Just my 2 cents - Rich

Looks like the guy peeing on the wall is talking to Tess… Tracy looks back to see who’s speaking… It’s Sam Ketchem! Homeless and crazy!

Flight Suit, Brozman’s not the best “background” artist in the business, but on occasion he sure does give us “funky” art to speculate on. Your’s was a “great” obsevation backed by a “convincing” depiction.

One also has to figure what triggered Tracy’s “weird” perception. Was it a sense of danger or a sense of “smell”?

Then, you know how these artists like to “hint” at their concealed feelings via little doodles in the comics (?) e.g. Like Locher’s Sunday, yellow “rubber duckie” - memorial. (?)

Perhaps that’s Brozman way of “relieving” himself too (?) So to speak, his own “sprinkling” of yellow commentary on the “quality” of the “script”; while wondering how he ever allowed himself to get his “name” bogged down in something that at first looked like a “Stradivarious” but was really a concealed “Dick Shendo bomb” waiting to blow his reputation out of the business

Is that a Spiderman suit “Low Note” is wearing under his jacket?

Black tuxedo with white lapels? Looks like a new fashion trend.

Like we already noted a few months back…….. Locher’s perps are always two floors below Macy’s elevator. And his doesn’t go to the top either. One day, he’ll meet up with a smart one. But not in my lifetime.
