Would you native English speakers help me out why the snake was battered by a woman? Is the mouse bar only for women? Thus, men like snakes can’t get in?? Many many thanks in advance…
Chinjuin..the woman hitting the snake is an old “sight gag” from the original BC comic. It’s a “running gag”, and up is funny because it’s been built on for probably more than thirty five years.
One of the funniest BC’s involving the snake, he was wondering if he was poisonous so he bites his tail. One of the characters, I don’t remember who, says “that’s the sickest suicide attempt I’ve ever seen.” I still giggle every time I think of it!! :-)
