The "fox" conspiracy... Huey: You see, Caesar, in the past ten years we've seen the near total disintegration of black political and social leadership... That means the single largest influence on black America's self-image is popular culture: music, TV and films. To ensure the ongoing mental enslavement of the black man, black TV and films must remain racially degrading, intellectually insulting and creatively stagnant. Caesar: And the evil masterminds execute these nefarious plans through... Vivica A. Fox? Huey: Absolutely!! Well, her and puffy.

But ALL TV is racially degrading, intellectually insulting, and that third thing I forgot already because the TV is on in the background. Ooh, my favourite commercial is on!

First three panels: I think Huey is right on the money. The saddest part is the number of black celebrities (not just Fox or Puffy, whatever he’s calling himself now) who are unashamedly complicit in all of this. As long as they’re getting paid, they don’t care about the overall social ramifications.
