@Perkycat—Glad you liked my comment! BUT—I didn’t see anything in yesterday’s (July 27) Andy Capp about Hobby Lobby! Are you sure it was yesterday?

Maybe Rat’s been a female playing a male, like Rosebud from Bloom County. And the dad turns out to be Snuffles the cat!

It looks like Rat’s line was changed in the last panel. The lettering looks thinner.

Is Rat part seahorse?
