too true to be funny. and never mind the “don’t call” lists. it’s unenforceable outside the country of origin and gives foreign companies an idea of valid numbers. cold calling should be illegal world wide.

I was very disappointed when I learned that there are several callers who are exempt from honoring the “don’t call” list.
I had one such caller who, when I said that I am on that list told me that, “That doesn’t apply to us.”
Then there are places that, if you contact them for any reason, get an automatic exemption from honoring the list.
