Peanut butter and banana sandwiches are awesome. With a tall glass of cold milk it’s a great lunch.

We did that, also. If we were too lazy to make a sandwich, we would spread a spoonful of PB directly on the banana, take a bite, then repeat. I take pride in teaching that to my grandson. Now, has anyone ever had a sugar sandwich? Butter and sugar on white bread…. Yep, back in the 50s when sugar was still innocent.

This must be why I eat my peanut butter with fresh thinly sliced habanero peppers, which are hotter. I recall the check out kid at Bardy Farms in Warren, NJ going white when I mentioned that!
