All the monkeys are in the NJ legislature.

Being from New Jersey, I can say that I’ve never seen a monkey wearing a nicotine patch. It’s the gangs of patchless monkeys, roaming the streets and terrorizing suburban neighborhoods that you have to watch out for.

I think you would see more monkeys with patches. They can’t bum cigarettes but the law says nothing about other delivery systems.
