I hate mushrooms too. And what do people say when they’re trying to convince you to get them on pizza? “You can’t even taste them!” THEN WHY GET THEM!
Mushroom soup, mushrooms on pizza, deep-fried mushrooms, stroganoff and noodles, mushrooms in spaghetti sauce — you’re missing out on a lot there, Ruthie!
The rule I lived under was, you eat what was served, you eat what you put on your plate. If not, it was served at the next meal. I had a couple of strange breakfasts, then I learned. Life was much easier after that.

I hate mushrooms too. But you can still eat the thing they were in. Cream of mushroom soup makes a good sauce for noodles and other stuff.

I always liked mushrooms, then for a couple of years they tasted like fungus. But I got over that, and now I like them again.

I am a world class picky eater, and I love mushrooms. Also coconut! Go figure.

My mom would’ve settled me down by knocking me off the chair. But you can’t do things like that anymore.
