If you search “fudgetown cookies,” there’s at least one recipe out there that claims to replicate the flavor of Fudgetowns… if I recall correctly, it even included the hole in the middle so you can poke out the blob of fudge filling with your pinkie (which is the only appropriate way to eat one, doncha know).
Fudgetowns and Burry’s chocolate chips were our go-to cookies growing up…
I felt the same way when Keebler discontinued those scrumptious chocolate sandwich cookies at coincidentally the same time that nutrition facts had to be printed on all pre-packaged food.
I understand Leo’s confusion about the wedding not having occurred. But Roy is SUCH a geek that having the woman of his dreams is not enough to keep him happy.
Rather a shame, if it were not needed for part of the humor in the strip. I like to think I can always keep my man happy (even if I’m sometimes changing men – I’m particular).

Just wait until Scott uses another picture for the background. Roy will have his cookies then.

He should leave the cookies well alone, and the doughnuts, chips, etc. Both of them should. There’s a reason they’re both obese.

didn’t know about those cookies, just searched for them in Google. What a pity, they look really nice (fan of dark chocolate)

He couldn’t. Fudgetown cookies have not been available in years.
