If connecting the dots requires rules, then maybe Calvin should be using a ruler.

Art is anything you can convince someone to pay good money for under the pretext that it’s art. At least today. It is the epitome of the triumph of marketing.

Hey – Jackson Pollack went his own way, art-wise speaking, and look where it got him!

And Picasso has it all over Jackson Pollock. He didn’t even have to pretend, just take some paint and barn boards.

@watmiworiI consider Picasso to be a brilliant painter. I was fortunate enough to an exhibit of his work 11 years ago.I was just mimicking some of the criticisms I have of him.

I’m sure Calvin will end up a guest in Sheriff Joe’s Tent City.

…Does Calvin even KNOW how to count? I mean, even basic addition is totally beyond him (as evidenced by his 5+6=6 answer on the math test story arc last week)

Still love the way Hobbes is the smarter of the two.

The only rule one really needs to know and follow is the golden rule.
