@ DryI cut my ring finger last year and got three stitches (numbing shot didn’t work, so I got the dubious pleasure of feeling all three) and they put on this HUGE bandage. I said it was a sympathy bandage! Got a big laugh in the ER! Dr. said it was a good thing I was cutting apples, meat, and its a whole different story.
I would love to take my cats shopping but we would get stuck at the deli drooling over the hams. What is it with Cats and ham anyway?I don’t blame them, love it myself, but it’s like crack to them. They even know the sound of the bag it comes in.I get no peace when there’s ham in the fridge.
With our cats, chicken is the magic word. When Brad is eating, he has 3 cats lined up – just sitting and watching and waiting. I don’t eat chicken so I don’t have to watch their sad little eyeballs.
2OLD: I was totally under in the OR so didn’t have to watch or feel anything. It wasn’t until maybe 3 days later that the pain kicked in. The surgeon had pumped so much painkiller into my fingers that it took that long for it to wear off. In those 3 days, I had gotten all cocky and bragging that I didn’t need any pain meds. That attitude changed pretty darn fast.
Yum-Yum likes the juice from a can of tuna, but not the tuna itself. She will occasionally condescend to accept a small bit of ham or chicken or turkey. When it comes to her wet food, it has to be chunks or shreds in gravy, she will not eat the paste kind. Finickiest critter I’ve ever had (dog or cat)
CARL has a Credit on the LP version which led-to some confusion yet I and see now that’s not Wooton. And, dummy; i didn’t collect LUTHER [aka LM] was one-of the “Tennessee Two” . . . i’m verklempt. That’s a couple/nice, clean, energizing ‘Runs’ on that. Holly-esque more than Carly methinks.
Here’s Between the sherpa-run and "modern Times; Jan 2012…see how Annie’s got the sweet Face, now, but the Cats still resemble Those in the lead-Banner, yet the Mouths have developed that iconic shape.
LadyKat: ours, too, like the tunie juice but not the chunks. We have to put out little bowls so everyone gets some. Brad gives them bites of chicken – he blows to cool it first. He’s such a pushover!
I had a kitty who also loved green olives, he’d roll and chase and kill them before she’d eat them. He also like tomato sauce. I think he was part Italiea

Perhaps I’m behind the curve here, but is there a reason the graphics of the strip have changed so much? Much more angular and harsh.

That sounds like something Oliver would say, not Chesney.“I didn’t want you to forget anything.” “Like what”? “Me.”
