I know that texting and driving is bad. However, I must urge compassion. A good friend of mine from church lost his 16 yr old daughter to a texting and driving accident. She was texting and blew a stop sigh onto a busy road and was killed along with her friend in the passenger seat. A sorry way to learn a lesson. God bless you.

I am not completely without sympathy, but it infuriates me that we keep calling these incidents “accidents.”
