Dumping Jim already, Sarah? That’s cold-blooded… wait a minute!

Now it’s time for Sarah to do the conning. She’s got a conning plan.

So Sarah and Piotr are together…two became one…but I think the third man, Jim, will have a few things to say about it…

Well. poor Jim is in for a suprise.Sarah has made her choice, perhaps she may turn things around.Sometimes its a surprise what an efficient administrator can accomplish.But then again, the Nazi’s were very efficient administrators..We all know how that story turns out!

I’m not so sure about Sarah. I still wonder if part of what she’s doing is so she can escape with Jim. Or, since there’s really nothing to escape to, maybe fix it so that Jim will get better treatment. I do think she’s ‘cold-blooded’ enough to use her body to get to a more ‘altruistic’ goal.

That kiss sure does look awkward, though…

Tall, dark and gruesome!

Well, we know Jim loved Sarah, but we never really heard Sarah express her feelings for Jim. Perhaps it has always been a one way relationship, or perhaps now that she’s not dying anymore her vision for the future has “mutated”. ;-)

Has anyone noticed that her bodily proportions have changed from her initial transformation?Could just be art style, but its very noticeable to me.

Nothing says “You’re Dumped” like watching your Ex take over a colony of survivors while the rest of you are probably on the short list for Tuesday night’s main course.

Makes muskrat love sound pretty tame by comparison.

Well, so much for raccoon boy…speaking of, not that all of this focus on Sarah hasn’t been interesting, but it’s been a little while since we’ve heard or seen on the others…

One has to wonder if Sarah is only doing this because she’s finally able to really touch someone, skin-to-skin, without that environment suit in the way?

The need (not just desire) to be touched is a real thing, and it’s been discovered that infants denied ‘Comfort Touch’ rarely thrive and can even die. Look up Rene Spitz if you’re interested.

The brief version: Dr Spitz was running a foundling hospital and was concerned by the death rate of the infants at the hospital, which was well above the national average. After several obvious things (food, medicine, cleanliness) didn’t make any significant difference, Spitz tried having the nurses spend time cuddling each infant. The infant death rate in that hospital plummeted.

A certain racoon is getting very annoyed by this I´d bet.

The transformation created a physical incompatibility that’s hard to overcome. Whereas Jim might be studly in the raccoon species, he’s probably a shrimp in the lizard community. So the feelings would have to be extraordinarily strong mentally and emotionally to compensate for the disparity physically. And it doesn’t seem to be the case. Sarah seems to be looking for all three or at least the latter. And she might be afraid of breaking Jim in a fit of passion.

I’d suspected Sarah had used Jim. She’d never expressed any kind of feelings for him and I suspect she’s going to use Piotr.

Yikes! Poor Jim gave up his life, to an extent, for her. I don’t know if I agree that Sara is doing this to help him or anyone else in any way. At the very least, if her intentions are exactly as we see them, I hope the little raccoon makes it out alright with the others. I rather like Jim.

If we are comparing Jim and Piotr, it seems like male mammal equiptment is way more impressing than a male reptile cloaca.in that case size isn’t important, shape is.cloacas of either sex just wouldn’t,, well I have never seen what they are outside of turning a hen upside down. (I wouldn’t suggest trying that with a rooster) they can be mean when attepting to see what is under there.

By conning, I meant that Sarah is pretending to be interested in Piotr, pulling a fast one, it’s a ruse, a trick, to get everyone out of Lizardtown. She’s not betraying Jim, she’s trying to save him.

Looks like the majority opinion holds that Sarah has moved on from Jim…but a strong minority holds that Sarah may be playing a game to manipulate the situation. Looks like the next few strips in said situation should be interesting…
