The look of horror on Cathy’s face says it all.

Uh oh. That’s how Chinese people dress - it looks like the Salvation Army dumpster exploded on them!

If you’re anything like me, you can do “trend-free” dressing for cheap. You probably have a closet full of clothes that you’ve bought because they looked good at the time. Just close your eyes, grab a couple of things off the rack, and voila, there’s your outfit!

I’m glad that I’m not so clueless as to think that I could do that without feeling ridiculous…

I do “trend free” dressing daily; grab a tee shirt or sweatshirt (depending on the weather), a pair of jeans, socks, sneakers and there you are, a comfortable ensomble!

That’s not a look of horror….. It’s complete bliss. She’ll NEVER have to leave the mall again.

‘Course that means the mall has to stay open 24-365…

You know, I never go shopping. I wasn’t aware that there WERE any trends in the fashion industry. XD I typically slap on something beige or a skirt, and that’s the most I think about it.

I’m with you BanadaSlug! I can’t stand shopping either…

Unfortunately, I was going through my closet over the weekend and have realized that some items have worn out their usefulness (no pun intended)… So I’m going to have to bite the bullet and go out there… lol

The center panel reminds me of an old friend who was a really good looking cop. When we would all go to the clubs, he would pick out which girls he was interested in, then he’d get us together from behind the girls, so that he could go annonymously stand next to them and we had to let him know if their butts were bigger than his, before he could ask them to dance.

If “Trend-Free” is the new trend, then what is the trend free of “Trend-Free?”

I do like colours, shades, and styles to match - but I pretty well have only a few of each, so it’s not hard to do.

It’s all “mismatched” because the “fragments” are all last year’s rejects. Stores are refusing to restock in the area where I live and there isn’t anything worth buying – saving lots of money here.
