The joke is that adults often say ‘they look so innocent when they’re sleeping’ about kids…
Comics are like soap opera’s. 1 day can last 3 weeks! Or a year can be 1 month. Depending on how much older children need to get in that time span. lol!
I don’t think it was the tense, it was the word – lying vs. laying.
