My usual cold weather “coat” is a light-weight men’s corduroy shirt. However, I am not stupid, so if it gets dangerously cold (I mean for the Mid-Atlantic region) I do have an actual coat, gloves, scarf and ear muffs. But if I am shoveling snow, they get discarded. :o) (except maybe the gloves-they help prevent blisters)

I got a removable lining for when it gets really cold. I take it out around July or so. If I remember to.

I switch from cargo shorts to cargo pants and put a sweatshirt over my T-shirt. No big deal.

Unless the plugger lives in Canada where he’s gonna add a tuque, scarf, mittens and boots over his regular summery stuff.
