Imagine an adult Schroeder still playing a child’s piano. (What is he playing in the first and final panels anyway?)

Actually, depending on the composer, the two bass clefs might well be real, if temporary in the particular piece. What it would be is evidence that Schroeder is playing well beyond the range of his toy piano…which of course we’ve always known…

Sometime, look up Lang Lang’s biography. He’s a real-life Schroeder.

Someone who can read music and play should record that and upload it, so we can hear what Schroeder’s playing might sound like.
