Of course he does.He thinks child abuse is a wonderful idea, that spare the rod & spoil the child crap.What it really does is create another generation of child abusing parents, ad infinitum!

I’m with you on that one, AP disciplined his son like most people were disciplined before the 1960’s. My Mother was considered a saint and she used a switch on me.

Spanking is one thing, Beating a kid with a branch hard enough to need medical attention is another. AP belongs.

Since we only get to pick one, my vote is with RG, though they all deserve it. He was one of the guys at the top of the pro-sports organizations who, through inaction, sent the message that cheating and domestic abuse wasn’t so bad and that that people who abused would be protected. DS – his behavior was completely unacceptable, but I hope that he’s just a confused old guy having flashbacks to an earlier time.

I would vote for DS – in part because his behavior also brought to focus the various ways money corrupts.

A smack on the bottom is one thing, but whipping a child until he bleeds is entirely different.

It may be early for 2015 Sports Jerk. But, I’d like to nominate the owner of MSG and that is Jim Dolan for what he said in an email to a long time Knicks fan. Dolan also won the Sports Goat award on the non sports radio program by a landslide!
