‘Morning, VB! It’s the heart break of stubby fingers yet again… A normal finger has two joints, whereas the above fingers each have only one joint.

I see an upcoming story of revenge. Better be on your guard Tracy.

Plus the hand on the left has 7 knuckles….

when your thumb is longer than your middle finger there is some misguided genetic engineering going on.

(Little Orphan) Annie got a revamp. Does anyone here think Dick Tracy is do for one? What changes would you like to see – besides the obvious ones (good art, good script, etc.)?

Possibly The Blank’s relative will turn out to be Mel Blanc (the voice of Bugs Bunny). The strip will do a crossover with Looney Tunes and we’ll get to see Porky Pig on wheels.

If one of them dies, surgeons could transplant his fingers onto the ends of the other one’s fingers and give him normal hands. A motive for murder?

I love the classic Dick Tracy and have only in the last few weeks started reading his current “adventure”. Wow. I am shocked at how unappealing it is.

Flight Suit must have done some good ‘legwork’ to find a model with a Hat. They seldom have them in Dick Tracy anymore (except in Sunday Logos) Locher seems to think it something of an aberration and that it’s better to have Tracy “bareheaded,” in Blizzards and El Nino rain storms (as he has done), deprived of his total, well known “IMAGE” !

I read the novel “Dick Tracy” and the figure known as “The Blank” was Tracy’s most dangerous foe. In the novel, he nearly killed Tracy.

Yes, that hat is too narrow for Astley’s head, but I figured that’s pretty much in keeping with how Locher draws people in hats. Ringo comes to mind…

Macy’s thumb is way out of proportion relative the rest of his short, stubby fingers. I doubt he could get his finger around the trigger.

Uh, is Tracy gonna ask “What the heck is wrong with your face?” or “Why are you wearing that absurd mask?” Has anyone in this theater group bothered to do so?

Nobody asks because it’s so obvious! Surely you must be familiar with the game “I stole your nose,” right? Well, when Johnny was a boy his Uncle Mortimer stole his whole face. And he won’t give it back until Johnny stops biting his nails….
