Maybe we thought they looked alike at first cos that’s simply the way Jimmy draws women.

We just haven’t seen very many in this strip to compare.

Way to take a whole week to introduce a new character.

Welcome to the hood, Robin! Looking forward to meeting her husband. Jimmy says he’s not sure if they’ll stay as permanent characters or not. I hope so… having nearby friends can help open up a lot of story possibilities. Heck, on the Dick Van Dyke Show, they even came right out and called them the Helpers.

A whole new character set, this could be a spin off some day..

Jimmy should have Robin come out of a beauty salon, and have Janice say, “Didn’t your hair used to be brown?” Robin replies, “Those colorists never get it right.” I wonder what wild color they will make it then.

I’m wondering if the speech bubble in the last panel was supposed to point to both of them, and not just Robin. That would explain why Janis appears to be talking too.

Y’know, this is the first bunch I’ve ever known to psychoanalyze a comic strip. I love it!

The only other adult male regular I remember is Gus.
