Leaky, Marg, et. al. - It’s a good question. I realize I’m not “officially” a sock puppet, but I enjoy hanging out with y’all a lot. Where are we going to meet? I agree that Dick Tracy has become quite lame. I quit reading DT a couple years ago because it got so boring. How about Gasoline Alley or Mutt & Jeff? I wish we had Pogo or Katzenjammer Kids.

Leaky - No sir on the carousing. Unless it is carousing of pool(billiards) balls. I shoot in a pool league on Thursday nights. I try to get out by midnight, but some of the other players twist my arm to stay and shoot some more after the matches are over.

MontanaLady. I also lived with an Indian family on the Flathead Rez one time. Fought forest fire near Deerlodge . My mom was born in, or near, Billings.

I know the West Slope has milder winters, it’s the east side that is really the deep freeze. When I was kiving in Sunburst I sometimes got a half-inch or so of ice on the INSIDE of my apartment window!

That I have, Ma’am. I have worn a lot of hats uver the years, Tried everything from librarian to lumberjack. Sometimes the colors were great and sometimes they were a bit black and blue, but all of it educational!.
