Many good guesses and observations above. I only hope it isn’t terminal, whatever it is.I’ve had abdominal surgery for a blockage of my small intestine, and it hurt like the dickens afterwards. An utterly miserable experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Morning folks.Worst thing that’s happened to me … probably 4x abscessed wisdom teeth … back in 1998. Had all four removed on the same day. 4 hours it took ’em.

I had a hernia that strangulated a few years back and the pain was incredible, it also hit me with little or no warning. One minute I felt great, the next minute I was flat on my back whimpering from the pain.
