Actually Marigold, you were right the first time, too. Phoebe isn’t play-acting as an unfortunate person who’s accepted her lot in life and resorts to panhandling or government assistance, no sir, she’s pretending to be somebody who shows INITIATIVE, who sees what she wants and doesn’t let little things like “laws” and “a conscience” stand in her way! A finer example of reaching for the sky (and knocking away the arms of other people who are also reaching for it) you will never see!
