My (too many) nocturnal journeys are to get rid of water.

Why I keep a water cooler in my bedroom (and a jug with a bit of bleach in it in case I need to get rid of water)

I know the feeling, especially after a dinner of ‘pizza’ or ‘chinese food’ , which are salty.

When I start having dreams like that or dreams where I’m in strange bathrooms trying to find a toilet I know it’s time to wake up to either get something to drink or go to the bathroom.

When nature calls in the middle of the night, I usually get a drink of water too. It’s an endless cycle.

I can’t do this unless I have a sippy bottle next to the bed. One of my cats is only too happy to share my glass of water with me if it’s an open glass…

I am SO glad to read I’m not the only one who has bizarre dreams about looking for or not being able to use (for a myriad of reasons) a toilet!!!

I have some great dreams, often about being at work (I retired 13 years ago) or flying. When I try to take over control, I wake up.
