Yes Katy it was a long hard winter. We had our therapy on Mother’s Day. My local pool guy’s annual 15% discount was set to expire 4/30. So I opened the pool early, balanced the chemicals, and with Mother’s Day projected to be near 90 I turned on the pool heater. On Mother’s Day I grilled and we had a dip in the pool. But it turned cool again. PLEASE COME SUMMER! I NEED MY POOL TIME!!!

My boys have been swimming for two weeks now. I haven’t gotten in it yet but they are happy.

Eldest daughter has a pool, But with my red hair and pale skin (think light bulb in a wig) I can only use it in the late afternoon. We usually swim at the Y, which is indoors.

Never did get into the swim of things. If we had our own pool, it would be a different thing. Sooooooooooooooo I just walk our hills for exercise and since it’s been raining the last two days, I’m itchin’ to get out. Except, I don’t have a giraffe to accompany me. :)) Neat thing about the rain, tho, there will be a whole bunch of new animal tracks to decipher.
