If I were your father, I’d tell you that your NEW favorite flavor is “You aren’t getting any.” When you smart mouth your Dad, he won’t pay for your treat. Learn some respect, kid.

I think somebody just snarked himself out of a trip to get ice cream.

I had to look up Heavenly Hash myself. It does sound really good. I don’t hear about it very much. I wonder how many places still carry it?

Oh LAWD. I’m only 22 and heavenly hash is my JAM. And don’t get me started on pistachio, which I LOVE.

A local dairy makes a caramel cashew to die for. Fresh ingredients make a world of difference!

The true “old people” flavors are definitely Vanilla and Chocolate, so you kids can have anything you want, except those, and those are saved for me.

My all time favorite is just plain chocolate…………..and I am old, too! But, it has to be VERY GOOD chocolate in order to qualify.

I love cookies and cream! Especially from a local place that makes homemade ice cream – Handel’s. My fave from DQ is peanut buster parfait.

Nope, those flavors have nuts which get under old peoples dental work and dentures, so definitely not old people flavors.

My two favorites were always Baskin-Robbins Pink Bubblegum and Grape Ice (RIP). .Rum Raisin (nearly any manufacturer) was reserved for post-breakups, also requiring bottle of red wine and hand-painted wine glass, old love letters (did not have to be from latest breakup, but did in a pinch), and sappy movie on Lifetime or sappy love or breakup songs on the mix tape/mp3. And a box of tissues, pajamas, and fleece comforter.

I mostly see nut flavoured or raisin at the Dollar Store or Big Lots. They also got in a whole bunch of nostalgic candy and soda.

I hate to have to be the one to tell you Adam, but I suspect that phrase is used to describe a totally different product now
