@m2mm: too true. We all say we’re going to change but rarely do.

I would not go so far as to say that Elly has taken her marriage for granted. However, given this emergency she has come to reflect on all the times she has screeched and shouted at her husband and kids over trivial issues.

Life and love are the important things that really matter, but we live life in the petty details. That’s also where the humor lies, if you’re willing to look for it, as Lynn does in this strip. Don’t be so negative, sailor.

May I suggest that you post instructions to on how to bold Lynn’s notes just after turnover sometime. I suspect that M2MM does not know how and does not check back after he/she posts.

This shows a lot of truth. We do KNOW what is important, but in a few months, those whiskers will drive her nuts again! It’s OK, because that is how life is.

Both situations are signs of his own self-preoccupation to one degree or other

So true. When my DH was in a bad accident I had a week to think about what life would be without him. All those irritating habits he had suddenly weren’t so irritating. Saved our marriage.

I know how Elly feels. My husband just passed away last week. I’d give anything to see his whiskers in the sink! :’(

To bold you can place an asterisk * before and after the text you want to bold. Personally I prefer using simple HTML tags so that I can bold and italicize

To mark text as Bold or Italic all you need to do is surround it with the characters < b > < /b > or < i > < /i > with the Spaces removed from inside the < & > symbols..You have to put the Spaces in when posting about it because those symbols are Removed when the web page displays the resultant Text..For instance, note that I both Bolded & Italicized the Symbol Group above..
