    My 78-year-old mother does the ambivalence routine on everything. I ask “what do you want to eat?” “I don’t care” is the response, no matter how many suggestions I throw out to her. It is SOoooo frustrating! And since I have to do the picking in the end, half the time through conversation while eating I find out I chose wrong. I love her so much, I just smile and go through it.

    I have to try that combination (cofftea) sometime. Can’t be much worse than some of the coffee I had while working with the Navy.
