I’d like to see Evelyn get some help with the weeding and watering, or whatever tasks she finds too all-consuming, so she can concentrate on the stuff you really need a green thumb to do.
If Miss Overdunne got her even a little of that help, Evelyn might be glad to take on the herb garden also. The residents might get better-tasting food if it thrives. After the Axe Experiment just last month, that thought might even tempt a couple of part-time assistants to volunteer.
