@nwdryadHer name is Alice P. Schwarztman, she made her first appearance in 1973.She did not work for the the Carter Administration; that was someone else that she and Rick met on the soup kitchen line.

With Homeland Security, and security in general, she’d never have fallen asleep in that location today, but I believe there’s no benches there anymore.
