Double-edged sword. Now Earl has to walk up to the telly and change the channel, raise/lower the volume, or even turn it off.

On our new TV, there are no hand controls. Without the remote, you’d need to pull the plug. Progress…

By the time I found paper to write my shopping list, I forgot what I was going to put on it. I know it wasn’t for the grocery store or the drug store. What was it????

“What? I can’t hear you. Speak up already!”

Now how in the world did Earl lose Nelson? I was the ’remote" when I was a kid.

Somewhere in my house is $100 that I stashed away for emergencies.And no, I don’t remember where I hid it . Believe me, I have searched the place top to bottom, with no luck. And no, I don’t think my wife found it !

As my buddy, Wiki says,A Pyrrhic victory is a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat. I love the way the dog’s eyes switch from one to the other!
