“Rufus, that stuff ain’t fit fo” human consumption!" Funny line to end today’s strip! (Hopefully enough to curtail all of those who will tiredly want to quote Joel’s 1st comment, "I think I’m gonna be sick!)
I too like the gray can line!!! A shrew flavored beverage is awfully nauseating…. so I agree with Joel for certain! I like the separate time sequence on Sunday also, because Joel has his pipe again. The current running weekday arc has a great story, but it is nice to have a day without the angst, despair, and bleakness of having Joel be forced unjustly to be without his pipe.
Our pet store has kitty kibble coated with freeze dried raw rabbit meat. A bit pricey, though. I know our cat likes rabbit – she catches 1 or 2 a year and eats half, and isn’t hungry again for days. I’m tempted to put the other half in the freezer. The freshly killed rabbit smells tasty (but who knows what kind of parasites are in it).
