June: Thank you! Thank you! I love getting packages! I'm so excited! I'm like a kid on Christmas!! It's taped-up pretty good! How am I going to get it open?? Darn! My car keys don't work! Give me your comb! Patrick: His comb?? June: This won't open it, either! Norman: Should we get scissors? Ralph: Not yet. I'm wondering what she'll try next! June: Stick out your claw, Oogie! Patrick: We never acted like this on Christmas!

I must be boring- I keep a small box opener nearby & use it. My husband is more like her, he keeps trying all sorts of stuff, despite the box cutter & scissors.

Pocketknife. The small blade works great on just about everything. You just gotta remember to clean off any residue when cutting through tape. (Slicing through some of the cardboard often takes care of that, though.)

I’ve had this feeling since getting back into coin collecting. And Mom could have expended less energy by just getting up for a pair of scissors.
