Only a kid or someone who reads / watches romance would think rich and glamorous lovers were a serious option.

Personally, I prefer a deep, rich, and stable relationship with one person, however ordinary, to a succession of superficial relationships alternating with being alone and searching for companionship.

I’ve never been presented with a long succession of rich and glamorous lovers as an option.
