Sometimes, it does them good, though. Like putting a houseplant outside for summer. Not so sure about a walk.

Give it some coffee grounds.

Gosh, this strip is getting less funny by the day. Can we get back to less of grandma making snarky quips and when the old folk seem to enjoy being together, like on the cover of the Pickles Collection?

I think this STRIP could use some fresh air and water ;-)

I think Opal’s finally cracked.

Earlier this year I tried to grow some Avocados from seed. I used toothpicks and placed them in cups with water and waited. They didn’t do anything, so I put them in containers with soil and moved them outside. All of them sprouted and are doing very well.

I have a plant that’s about 3 years old…in that 3 years it has lost 3 leaves and not grown at all until just a few weeks ago. We moved to a new house and I put it in the laundry room window. It now has new leaves sprouting all over it! Location is everything.

This is the best storyline in a long time.

Plants have feelings too, you know.(Often itchy)
