Pigs do seem to know when they are going to the slaughter house… They get really mean. Although, Their level of aggressiveness in general is pretty nasty. Growing up working on my Uncle’s farm over the summers taught me that… They were turned out into the woodlands of his farms to clean out the rattlers. But they would attack us if they had the chance.
Actually, pigs ARE smart, and big boars are dangerous, especially when turned out to go feral, a dangerous practice that has destroyed much of the ecosystem in southern states across through Texas.
